On January 13, 2011, Ross County secondary principals and ESC/SST personnel participated in a one hour video chat via Skype with staff from Berkeley Spring High School in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Berkeley Springs High School principal George Ward and some of his teachers shared how they have implemented Response to Intervention (RTI) at the secondary level.
